The smell of cleaned areas was overwhelmingly strong!!! The lack of remote for the TV made for an inconvenient first night, and noise from the open area balcony was quite disruptive!!!

The stay had its ups and downs. The location was awesome with lots of restaurants nearby. However, the beds felt super hard, making it tough to relax. The included breakfast didn’t look too appetizing, but it’s a nice perk.

city express by marriott has a great location with plenty of restaurants and a market nearby, making it easy to find good food. the front desk service was really on point. plus, there’s a fitness center to keep active during your stay.

Aye, that breakfast coulda been better, fr. But I loved having a clean spot to chill after my surgery. Front desk folks was real helpful, and I ain't mad at the location near shops. Just wish I coulda had some tasty chilaquiles instead of them bland ones. Overall, decent stay, fr.

i almost thought about giving a good review, but then i experienced how the receptionist almost tried to scam me for 100 pesos, and the smell of cleaned areas was just unbearably strong. how is it that i didn’t even receive a complimentary gesture for these terrible experiences? i just can’t with this place.

It was just a good pick for a weekend excursion in Chihuahua with all in all brilliant value for money. I had a memorable stay thanks to the cleanliness of the room and the overall upkeep of the hotel. Make sure to check with reception for any special amenities available during your stay.

i had a nice experience at city express by marriott. the kids could play safely around the hotel, which was a huge plus! overall, it exceeded my expectations during this stay.
